It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved David Anthony Patterson (Knoxville, Tennessee), who passed away at the age of 94, on February 23, 2025. He is survived by: his friend Tony; his children, David Patterson (Martha), Greg Patterson (Nola), Theresa Walsh (Kevin), Monica Bailey and Michael Patterson (Sara); his granddaughters, Rose, Sara Ruther and Caitlin Patterson; his great grandchildren, Sylv, Holly Webb and Fox Wilson; and also, Tiny Newman, Karen Neal, Bob Holtzapfel (Gail) and MaryFaith Patterson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bridges Funeral Home (5430 Rutledge Pike, Knoxville, TN 37924). A rosary will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Holy Ghost Catholic Church (1041 N Central St, Knoxville, TN 37917). A burial will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Greenwood Cemetery (3500 Tazewell Pike, Knoxville, TN 37918).
