He was predeceased by: his parents, Earley Ogle and Cecil Ogle (Brackins); his siblings, Charles, Claude Ogle, Ruth McMahan and Evelyn Lampkin; and his great grandchildren, Nicklaus DeGroot and Elijah Gossett.
He is survived by: his wife Sue Ogle (Janice); his daughters, Debbie Hurst (Roger) and Terri Gibson (Steve); his grandchildren, Misti DeGroot (Todd), Derrick Gibson (Misty), Dustin Gibson (Rebecca) and Adam Gossett (Shelly); his great grandchildren, Emma, Benjamin, Lauralai, Preston DeGroot, Hunter, Abby Gibson, Adley, Uriah, Oaklyn and Abner Gossett; his grandchild McKinnley Osborne; and his sisters, Mildred Williams (John Dale), Helen Thomas and Brenda Caughron (Sam).
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Seymour Community Church (994 S Old Sevierville Pike, Seymour, TN 37865). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Berry Highland South Funeral Home (9010 E Simpson Rd, Knoxville, TN 37920).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made to Seymour Community Christian School 994 S. Old Sevierville Seymour TN 37865.
