He is survived by: his wife Kathy Rutherford; his children, Pandora (Mike), Sharon, Dewayne and Billy Jr. (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Thomas, Kaley, Morgan, Joshua, Christopher, Austin, Lucas, Makayla (Cristy), Makenzie (Cristy), Jaleigh and Mayson; his great grandchild Joel; his brother Horace; his nephew Quentin (Bre); his great-nephews, Jayden and William; and his father-in-law Eddie.
