She is survived by: her sons, Lance K. Adkins (Rebecca) of Edgewood, NM and Alan D. Adkins (Sarah) of Nashville, TN; her granddaughter Charlotte Adkins of Nashville, TN; her siblings, Orethia Miller, Patricia Elkins (Ted), Susan Patton, Roger Buckley (Wanda) and John G. Buckley (Debbie); and her stepchildren, Tom Marsh, Kelly Marsh, Julia Harkins, Arlene Diorio and Mary M. Jackson.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Cokesbury United Methodist Church (9919 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922). An entombment was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Highland West Memorial Park (9913 Sherrill Blvd, Knoxville, TN 37932).
