He is survived by: his parents, Alvin Brock Harper and Nannie Brooks Mathews; his spouses, Rose Mary and Regina Pesador Harper; his cousins, Robert, June, Paul Hunnicutt of Colorado and Michael Hunnicutt of Washington; his sister-in-law Sylvia Harper; and his niece Lisa Harper of California.
