He is survived by: his mother Maedelle Springfield; his wife Pat Springfield; his children, Ryan Springfield (Aly) and Holley Springfield; his grandchildren, Eva Springfield, Easton Springfield and Liam Springfield; and his sister Linda Vick (Randy).
