She was predeceased by: her husband Garland Basler, Sr.; her daughter Patricia Joyce Basler; her mother Lela Carter; and her sister Lois Mehaffey. She is survived by: her sons, Gerald Basler (Linda) of Rockledge, FL, Garland Basler, Jr. (Jama) of Kingston and James Basler (Debra) of Mobile, AL; her grandchildren, Andrea Lee (Arin), Samantha Starks (Mark) and Nathan Basler (Cayla); her stepgrandchildren, Joe Reynolds (Jenny), Greg Reynolds (Mindy) and Karen Reynolds; her sister Dorothy Huff; and her sister-in-law Shirley Hedgecock. She is also survived by Several nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the family request mask be worn and social distancing observed during the visitation and graveside service.
