He is survived by: his wife Camellia Holder McNeeley; his children, Jeannie McNeeley Lands (Sam), Samantha McNeeley Gwyn (Josh) and David Thomas McNeeley of Kingston; his sisters, Brenda Rouch of Ohio, Mike Rouch of Ohio and Glenda Greany of Ohio; his grandchildren, Matilyn, Creek, Hagen, Sammie Jo, Tuffy, Emma and Amalia; and his great grandchild Creedence "Roy".
