He was predeceased by: his wife Joyce Edwards Russell; his parents, James P. Russell and Mary Helen Russell; and his half-brother James Howard Russell. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Russell (Charlotte) of Kingston; his stepchildren, Greg Dyer (Karla) and Stephanie Mitchum Dyer; and his sister-in-law Judy Krakos (Bill). He is also survived by Several extended family members and friends.
