He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Morton; his parents, Susie Morton and Granville Morton; and his siblings, Bobby Morton, Ted Morton, Paul Morton, Peggy Morton and Ada Frank Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Shannon; his son-in-law John Petersen of Cleveland, TN; his grandson Casey Petersen (Karen) of Cleveland, TN; and his sisters, Lorene Detherage of Barberton, OH and Diane Williams of Kingston. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
