He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Phillips and Jo Ann Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Ronnie Phillips of Kingston and Amanda Knies of Kingston; his son-in-law Adam Knies of Kingston; his grandchildren, River Phillips, Ryne Knies and Charlotte Knies; his siblings, Keith Phillips, Neal Phillips, Jimmy Phillips and Lisa Wilson; and his cousin Becky Humphrey. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
