He is survived by: his wife Katherine Allison Fritts; his sisters-in-law, Itha Smith (Robert) and Virginia Allison; his nephews, Tim Smith (Melanie), Tyler Smith, Tanner Smith and Anthony Toomey (Lorraine); his brother-in-law Nellie Leonard (Bob); and his brother Frank Fritts. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
