He is survived by: his daughters, Tamara Haase (Fred) of Lawrenceville, GA, Sally Hogan (James) of Kingston, TN and Angela Bowker of North Carolina; his grandchildren, Brandon Lee, Brianna Christine Marko, Bradley, Mason Adkins and Lucas James Haase; his siblings, Mark Bowker (Joyce) of Florida and Sandra Samples of Kingston, TN; and his sister-in-law Tamara Massey (Ronald) of Bartlett, IL..
