We are sad to announce that on April 20, 2021, at the age of 69, Phillip Rogers of Kingston, Tennessee, born in Oak Ridge, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn C. Rogers and Eleanor Koenig Rogers; and his aunts, Jackie Bumbalough and Muriel Jarvis. He is survived by: his wife Daley Ramsey Rogers of Kingston; his son Kyle M. Rogers of Kingston; his brothers, Glenn C. Rogers, Jr. (Kay) of Canton, GA, J. Rick Rogers (Francis) of Oxford, GA and Mark K. Rogers of Kingston, Two; his sister-in-law Linda Ramsey Murr of Lake Worth, FL.; and his close friends, Herb Tammer, Tom Pack, Steve Hagaman, Jessie, Stanley Whittenbarger, Aaron Walker and Pat Pierce.
