She is survived by: her children, Samantha Arrington of Kingston and Tyler Hazlett of Oliver Springs; her siblings, Dag Terry of McCreary County, Kentucky and Nita Vaughn of McCreary County, Kentucky; her grandchildren, Riley Keen and Bentley Cruze; her great-aunt Lola Nash; and her close friend Crystal Patrick.
