He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Hendrickson of Kingston, TN; his children, Tracy Tice of Nashville, TN, Jason Hendrickson of Harriman, TN and Todd Lindamood (Allison) of Seattle, Washington.; his grandchildren, Austin, Kaylee, Brayden Hendrickson and Connor Tice; his sisters, Dora Smith (Charles) of Harriman, TN and Clara Kuster (Steve) of Kewanee, IL.; and his siblings-in-law, Bill McCullough of Rockwood, TN., Mary Hendrickson of Knoxville, TN, Betty Ledford of Maryville, TN and Peggy Kirby (David) of Harriman, TN. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
