She was predeceased by: her husband Bill Patterson; her parents, Willie Melton and Alice Melton; and her siblings, Willie Mae Poole and T. J. Melton.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Patterson (Marie) of Rockwood, Vivian Henderson (Junior) of Rockwood, Carol Smith (Mike) of Rockwood and Barbara Jeffers (Steve) of Oneida; her grandchildren, Jeff Armes, Derek Henderson (Olivia), Kandace Damewood (J. D.), Charlie Patterson (Allie), Chris Smith (Heather), Matthew Smith (Cari) and Aaron Jeffers (Lauren); her stepgrandchildren, Jason Henderson, David Henderson, Pamela Erickson, John Erickson and Steven Jeffers; her brothers, Glen Melton (Ruth) and Troy Melton (Sandi); and her close friends, Barbara Curbow of Rockwood, Cora Lane of Rockwood, TN, Rhonda Justice of Rockwood and Wayne Melton of Rockwood. She is also survived by 22 Great Grandchildren 3 Great-Great Grandchildren.
