She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Buford Parker and Janie Rebecca Parker (Brymer); her uncle Hobert; her spouse Willoughby Ragan, Jr. (Bill); her son Ken; her grandson Shawn Ragan (Christi) of Ashland City, TN; her great grandchildren, Justin Ragan (Cassie), Josh Ragan (Elley), Austin Luck (Jennifer), Jacqueline Singleton, Hayden Ragan and Katherine Ragan; and also Blanche Parker. She was also cherished by six great-great-grandchildren.
