She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Herrell and Eula Miles Herrell; her husband Woodford Guinn; her granddaughter Crystal Guinn; and her siblings, Rose Smith Miller, Mae Clark, Bessie Owings, Ada Pogue, Willie Brackett, Mary Norman, Edna Russell, Hugh Herrell, Robert Herrell, Alfred Herrell and Wiley Herrell.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Guinn (Rhonda), Gary Guinn (Gloria) and Stephen Guinn (Stacy); her grandchildren, Meghan Guinn Asbury (Jim), Kevin Guinn (Jessica), Misty Guinn Brock (Brian) and Candi Guinn Verba (Dustin); and her great grandchildren, Bentley Verba, Audrey Brock, Emily Verba, Levi Brock and Finley Brock.
