He is survived by: his son Eugene Church (Sabrina); his grandchildren, Clay and Bailey; his siblings, Mike Church (Connie), Jeff Church (Martha), Linda Church Newcomb and Lori Church Pressly; and his stepfather Elmer Cheatham. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
