He is survived by: his children, Victoria Zimmerman, Fort Collins, Theresa LePlatt, Monte Vista, Pamela Yerke, Sheila Domzal, Beverly Kuderik, John "Joe" Holder, Dawn Weingarten and Karl Holder; and his brothers, George Holder and Abe Holder. He is also survived by 19 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
