He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Laws of Kingston; his sons, Jimmy Richard Laws, Jr. (Phyllis) of Ten Mile, Timothy Charles Laws, Sr. (Wendy) of Kingston and Jeremy Ralph Laws (Stacy) of Rockwood; his grandchildren, Patrick C. Harrington, Robert Lewis Laws, Courtney Renee Letner, Shelby Anne Powers, Maggie Lynn Laws, Jacob Aaron Laws, Lucas John Laws, Dillon James Laws and Timothy Charles Laws, Jr.; his great grandchildren, Allison Elizabeth Fly, Peyton Marie Letner, Joe Antonio LaSalle, Jonathan Richard Laws and Charlotte Anne Powers; his brother Herman Ralph Laws (Lois) of Danville, VA.; and his close friend Joe Ray. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends.
