He is survived by: his wife Mary Bea Williams Ball; his sisters, Charlene Kowalsky and Dorothy Sparks; his sons, James F. Ball Jr. of Kingston and Dennis E. Ball (Mary) of Kingston; his sister Phyllis Williams (Virgil) of Wheelersburg; his grandchildren, Jeff Ball (Michelle) of Kingston, Jennifer Walden (Buddy) of Kingston and Greg Ball (Shanna) of Knoxville; his close friends, Pat Graham, Ronnie Vandecoevering of Knoxville, Jim Garrett and Lois of Kingston; and his pet Bea.
