He was predeceased by: his parents, Ezra B. and Mazell Brown Elkins; and his brother Larry O. Elkins. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Elkins; his children, Jackie Elkins, Kenny Elkins (Vickie), Gary Elkins (Micquette) and Tim Elkins; his grandchildren, Emily Houston (Joey), Derek Elkins (Brittani), Jared Elkins, Brandon Elkins and Kiersten Elkins; and his great grandchildren, Baylor Houston, Gigi and Leo.
In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial donations be made to the Roane County Heritage Commission P.O. Box 738 Kingston, TN. 37763.
