He was predeceased by: his daughters, Robin and Bridget Hickey; his parents, Ralph Hickey and Grace Hickey; and his siblings, Ralph Jr., Ross, Billie Hickey, Faye and Mary Diane Hickey.
He is survived by: his son Tim Wiley of Kingston; his siblings, Nathan Hickey of Kingston, Ann Stephens of Oak Ridge and Ester Plemons of Lenoir City; and his grandchildren, Paul, Halie Wiley and Libby Cofer of Kingston Several.
In lieu of flowers memorials, may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
