He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Maples; and his grandmother Myrl Wooten. He is survived by: his wife Thelma Miller of Kingston; his children, Alysa Miller of Kingston and Bradley Miller (Holly) of Kingston; and his brother Larry Maples (Lucy) of Knoxville.
