She was predeceased by: her parents, Arnold Henry Adcox and Lula Dell Letner; her brother Ernest Adcox (Leonard); and her son Stephen Collins. She is survived by: her children, Geneva Johnson (Michael) of Crossville, Betty Porter of Harriman, Cathy Collins of Kingston and Ricky Collins (Rene) of Harriman, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Carria Gonzales, Stephanie Collins, Drew Meredith, Seth Meredith, Jake Marlow, Jody Dale Hackler, Kassey Collins and Derrick Collins; her great grandchildren, Patrick, Reagan, Madison Gonzales, Trent Marlow and Bodhi Collins; her siblings, Ralph Adcox of Harriman, Tennessee. and Louise Shillings of Harriman; and her spouse Shorty Collins.
