He is survived by: his wife Freeda Hicks Beaty; his daughter Angela; his son-in-law Mark Bailey of Kingston; his son Jeff; his daughter-in-law Rachel Beaty of Huntsville, AL; his grandchildren, Mack, Katie (Erin Bailey), Hunter and Hannah (Hudson Beaty); his brothers, Denton (Doris Beaty), Benton (Janie Beaty), Danny Reece (Mary Beaty), Mickle Beaty and Teddy (Linda Beaty); and his siblings-in-law, Danny, Sharon Hicks and Carmen McCord. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
