He was predeceased by: his parents, Olive Fugate and Hank Fugate; his siblings, Robin Fugate, Kim Sanders and Beth Dewar; and his wife Billie Jo Fugate.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas Lawson, Robbie Fugate, Tabby Fugate and Leta Hall; his niece Becky Sanders Laman; and his great-niece Kristie Cofer.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Disabled American Veterans Hall (530 Kingston Ave, Oliver Springs, TN 37840).
