She is survived by: her parents, John Johnson Lee and Marie Maxine Monday Lee; her husband Benny Wayne Bates Sr; her children, Ben Bates Jr. of Kingston and Cindy Miller (Tim) of Oliver Springs; her siblings, Steven Lee, Dwayne Lee, Shawn Lee, Allen Lee, Peggy Duncan, Linda Russell and Lisa Bradshaw; her siblings-in-law, Judy Parker and Gary Bates; and her grandchildren, Brandon Miller and Emilee Miller.
