He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent E. Williams and Lena C. Williams; and his stepdaughter Marjorie Byrd. He is survived by: his wife Mattie K. Williams of Kingston; his children, Frances Kozlowski and Robert Williams (Bob); his stepdaughter Carol Duncan of Oliver Springs; his granddaughters, Erika Jones and Rose Williams; and his stepgrandchildren, Cynthia McGraw, Sonya Scott and Gregory Crisp of Kingston. He is also survived by many great grandchildren.
