He was predeceased by: his parents, Ora Brummett and Clyde Brummett; and his siblings, Jewel Davis (Jay), T. R. Brummett (Hazel), Glenn Brummitt and D. Sue Johnson (Jerry).
He is survived by: his wife Pat Brummitt; his children, Stephen Brummitt and Marjorie L. Ford (Norman); and his grandchildren, Nathan Ford, Ellen Ford and Keegan Ford. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
