We are sad to announce that on January 23, 2021, at the age of 55, Eleda Whalen Burgess of Kingston, Tennessee passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Eleda Whalen Burgess to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her father Tony Whalen; her grandparents, Warren, Hazel Whalen, Roy and Ellen Barger; and her parents-in-law, R. P. and Hazel Burgess.
She is survived by: her husband Doug Burgess; her daughter Rachel Burgess; her mother Oneda Whalen; her aunts and uncles, Alton, Roma Lingerfelt and Edna Lee Lowery; her cousins, Lisa and Bunny Whalen; her close friends, Dustin and Chelsey Cook; and also Grayson.
Due to Covid-19 masks will be required during visitation and services.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the South Harriman Baptist Church for care of the Whalen property.
