He is survived by: his girlfriend Barbara Reynolds of Kingston; his stepsons, Matt Moses, Fancy of Kingston, Robbie Moses of Kingston and Chris Wallace (Tina) of Sweetwater; his grandson Steven Wallace of Kingston; his great grandchildren, Aubree, Rylee Wallace of Kingston and C. J. Wallace of St. Augustine, FL; his siblings, Ken Collier (Brenda) of Rogersville, Elmer Collier (Betty) of Loudon and Linda Galyon of Kingston; and his close friends, Hugh Patterson, Jabo Ray and Cuz-Jeanette Moore.
In lieu of flowers the family request memorials be made to Fraker Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
