She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Oscar Phillips and Aretta Lyons Phillips; her husband Chester May; her sister Marlene Phillips; and her friend Ruth Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Darren Chris May (Sherry) and Crystal Deskins (Carl); her grandchildren, Autumn Roberts (Kyle), Amber Schubert (Gage), Aubrie Huff (C. J.), Daniel, Hannah and John Deskins; her great grandchildren, Dallas and Gunner Schubert; and her brother Charles Phillips (Nanci). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Kyker Funeral Homes Our Kingston Chapel (350 W Race St, Kingston, TN 37763). A funeral service was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, March 27th 2025 at the Bethel Fairview Cemetery (127 Manor Rd, Kingston, TN 37763).
