He is survived by: his wife Kathern Leffew of Kingston; his grandson Chance Leffew of Kingston; his sons, Mike Leffew (Michelle) and David Leffew, Jr.; and his grandchildren, Michael, Angelica, Dakota, Brandon and Tessa Leffew.
