He was loved and cherished by many people including: his father Carl Hall; his grandparents, Edith, Paul Chester Harvey, Ethel and Charlie Hall; his wife Regina Clark; his mother Lilie Hall; his brother Jeff Hall; his aunt Carol Edwards; and his sister-in-law Romona Colvin.
In lie of flowers, memorial donation may be sent to American Cancer Society or Roane County Animal Shelter.
