He was predeceased by: his father Charles Sylvester Strayer Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Edith Strayer; his children, Ray Strayer, Caleb Strayer and Aubrey Lambdin; his children-in-law, Amanda Strayer and Michael Lambdin; his grandchildren, Luke, Christian, Charles Strayer, Denali Lambdin, Sequoia Lambdin and Miss Halen Kae Strayer; his mother Sally Strayer of Pennsylvania; and his siblings, Suzy Gavlock of Pennsylvania, Robyn Sikkema of Florida and Peter Strayer of Nashville. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
