He is survived by: his wife Evelene Ruth "Wilder" Francis; and his children, Carmen Denise "Francis" Davis (Tony W. Davis), Eva Danielle, Donald Eugene Francis, Danny Lee Francis (Elaine), Matthew (Claire) and Raymond Francis.
