He is survived by: his children, Kay Lichtenwalter and Morgan; his granddaughter Christina Thornton; his great grandchildren, Kylie, Hadley, Emma, Addie, Rylee, Josh and Tyler; his sister Vida Russell of Kingston; and his close friend April Hart of Maryville.
