With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty Woolard of Kingston, Tennessee, born in Chattanooga, Tennessee, who passed away on March 20, 2019 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. P. Harper and Kate Strange Harper; her stepsons, Ricky and David Woolard; and her brother Joe Ammons.
She is survived by: her husband Elvin D. Woolard of Kingston; her daughter Jeanie Mowery of Philadelphia; and her stepsons, Tim Woolard of Maynardville and Steve Woolard of Morristown. She is also survived by extended family and special friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to the American Cancer Society.
