She was predeceased by: her husband Fred Clark (Junior); her parents, Paul Humphreys and Clara Plemons Humphreys; and her siblings, Walter Humphreys, Bob Humphreys, Christine Crabtree and Lucille Forrester.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Hartley (Joe) of Kingston and Freddy Clark (Melissa) of Kingston; her grandchildren, Alex Lunsford (Lucas Meg Hartley) and Blake Hartley; her siblings, Don Humphreys and Lavonna Breazeale (Gary) of Kingston; and her sister-in-law Sarah Humphreys. She is also survived by extended family members and friends The family will receive friends.
