He was predeceased by: his parents, Arch Elmer and Rachel Mae Brackett; and his brothers, Rufus and Roy Brackett. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Brackett of Kingston; his son Anthony Glenn; his daughter-in-law Michelle Brackett of Knoxville; and his sister Wanda Faye Clifton of Kingston.
