She was predeceased by: her parents, Beecher Frasier and Nettie Lou Hudson Frasier; and her husband David Stout. She is survived by: her son Brian Stout (Julie) of Kingston, TN; her brothers, Beecher W. Frasier (Elizabeth) of Pleasant Hill, TN and Bruce Frasier (Beatrice) of Pleasant Hill, TN; and her grandchildren, Davey Stout and Anna Stout.
