He was predeceased by : his parents, William Joseph Miles and Carole Scholze Miles. He is survived by : his wife Shelly Miles of Kingston Springs, Tennessee; his children, Joseph Lee Miles (Sallie) of Franklin, Tennessee and Anna Elizabeth Miles Sanders (Tyler) of Franklin, Tennessee; his grandchildren, Hallie James Miles, Austin Amory Miles and Augustus Van Sanders; and his siblings, Mary Miles Kennedy (Mike) of Alvaton, Kentucky, Terri Miles Howington (Tim) of Rogers, Arkansas and Retford James Miles of Rogers, Arkansas..
