He is survived by: his daughter Frances Robertson (Russell) of Trenton, KY; his daughter-in-law Alma Bowers of Dickson, TN; his grandsons, Nathan Bowers, Michael Bowers and Jason Bowers (Leighanna); and his great grandchildren, Joshua Bowers and Ruth Bowers.
