It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Anne Mays Bateman of Kingston Springs, Tennessee, who passed away on January 28, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eva Mays and Burrell Mays; her husband James Kenneth Bateman; her brother Jerry Wayne Mays; her godmother Sue Anderson; and her brother-in-law John Savage.
She is survived by: her children, Gray Bateman (Rhonda) of Murfreesboro, TN and Shannon Schliwa of Kingston Springs; her grandchildren, Rachel Bateman, Graham Bateman, Rhian Schliwa and Drake Schliwa; and her sisters, Suzy Jackson (Tommy) and Lindy Savage. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and extended family members and friends.
