He is survived by: his wife Beverly Volz; his children, Allison Nickens (Josh), Jennifer Carver and Chris Weaver (Melissa); his grandchildren, Gabe Weaver, Breck Weaver, Dalton Weaver and Mackenzie Nickens; his sister Lisa Ledbetter (Harold); his niece Brittany Ledbetter; and his great-niece Leanne Reilly.
