He was predeceased by: his son David Ray; his parents, Bruce Bradshaw (Thursie) and Mary Carter Bradshaw; his brothers, Bill (Norma) and Cecil (Roberta); and his brother-in-law Marvin Culvahouse.

He is survived by: his wife Baby Doll Jeanette; his siblings, Evelyn Culvahouse and Larry Reese; his son Danny Bradshaw (Janet); his grandchildren, Rachael Thomason (Jon), Timothy Bradshaw (Alexandra), Leah Bradshaw (Richard), Teresa Bosh (Mike) and Kimberly Newby; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Carter, McKinlee, Trenton, Zaylah, Matthew, William, Mason, Riley, Brenah and Kaley; and his pets, Rachet, Huey, Dixie, Storm and Roto. He is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
