He was predeceased by: his grandmother Ethel Marie Heard Clement; his stepgrandfather Philip Clement; and his uncle Steve "Fox" Cunningham. He is survived by: his daughter Kennedy Clark; his parents, Kem Clark (Dawn Thomason) and Cathy Clark; his sister Amanda "Nina" DeWeese (Marc); his grandparents, Kenneth, Mable Clark and Vaughn Ray Cunningham; and his nieces, Destiny DeWeese and Jaylee DeWeese. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the funeral home to help with funeral expenses.
